Products:

 1 salmon fillets
 50 g cream cheese
 ½ tsp salt
 3 tbsp lemon juice
 ½ The zest of ½ lemon
 1 tsp mustard
 23 fresh dill twigs
 2 tbsp fresh onion
For Serving
 Wholegrain bread
 1 cucumber
 1 radishes
 3 tbsp capers
 1 stalk fresh onions

How to make it:

Drain the salmon fillets and put them in a bowl. Mash with a fork and add the cream cheese.

Stir. Season with the lemon juice and lemon zest, add the mustard, salt, the finely chopped dill and fresh onion.

Spread the ready paste onto slices of wholegrain bread and garnish with thinly sliced radishes, capers, dill and line-sliced cucumber.

Sprinkle with lemon zest.
