Boil the eggs for 7 minutes, let them cool down and peal them.
Wash and dry up the salad. Chop it and put it in a bowl.
Put the green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes and drain after that.
Add them to the salad. Chop the radishes, onion and olives into thin circles and add.
Make the dressing by mixing the olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Pour into the salad and stir gently.
Put the salad in serving plates and on top arrange the mackerel fillets and the egg, sliced into circles. Sprinkle with a little crunched pepper and serve.
