Preheat the oven up to 180C. Slice the baguette and put it into a baking pan covered with backing paper.
Bake 8-10 minutes until the bread gets golden and crispy. Take out of the oven and rub with the chopped garlic cloves.
The washed and cleaned tomatoes slice into 2 pieces. Remove the seeds with a little spoon. Slice into cubes and put them in a bowl.
Add the finely diced red onion, parsley and olive oil.
Season with salt, lime juice and then mix.
Spread the salsa onto the bread slices and on each one put 2-3 pieces of herring.
Garnish with parsley and finely diced slices of chili. Pour a little olive oil and serve.
